What do I need to place an order?
We require 50% down payment, your logo on a editable file (preferably), and for you to choose one of our predesigned templates or an actual design. Our design team will take care of the rest.
Not sure what size I need. Which one do you recommend?
We recommend going by the size of your plate. The most common sizes are 12x12 and 12 x 16. Depending on what you are using it for – to wrap food or lay over the plate.
My logo has more than 2 colors, what do you recommend?
Our design team can make a 1 or 2 color option for you.
What is the lead time?
Approximately 4-5 weeks after giving the initial deposit.
Will hot food wash out the ink?
Our production process allows the ink stay on the paper and not leak out on the food.
Is the ink safe for my food?
The ink we use is 100% soy based making it food friendly.
I want to re-order, how much time in advance do I need to place the order?
We recommend ordering once you are about halfway through.
